Focus BC reunited at Espaço Restelo for a Kick-Off day to review last year’s wins, align on 2022 challenges, and discuss our shift to a product company.
Last month we reunited the team for a Kick-Off day in Espaço Restelo. It was a great opportunity to look back at last year’s successes and prepare for 2022’s new challenges. We also heavily discussed our transition from a consulting company to a product company which will impact our processes and mindset moving forward. It’s imperative that the team is aligned on this matter to continue to deliver progressively better solutions for our clients.
Luckily, it wasn’t just business as usual. There was lots of casual chatting and great food, the Portuguese way.
Focus BC also celebrated 11 years of existence!
